Now, you can customize it so that you and your pup can both enjoy your outings even more!

BACKPACK CARRYING STRAPS SPECS

I know that many of you who order the medium, large, extra-large, and XX-large carriers have no intention of carrying your dog around in it all day. You simply need it to contain your dog while using public transportation. Once you take your dog out and start walking them on a leash, what a hassle it is to carry the carrier around with you.

With this feature added to your carrier, you can fold it up and strap it to your back until you need it again. See in the pictures what a difference it is carrying it on your shoulder vs. carrying it as a backpack.
  • Your Backpack straps will be made from the same handle material as your carrier’s shoulder straps. 
  • The backpack straps are only intended to make it easier to carry the empty carrier.  They are not made to carry your dog.
  • Your carrier will still have the regular shoulder straps that are designed to carry your dog.
  • We install a clip and D-ring on the ends of your carrier to hold it folded.
  • When you are ready to convert it to a backpack –
    • Lift the hard platform from the bottom of the carrier and stand it straight up.
    • Fold the ends of the backpack in
    • Secure the ends with the clip and D-ring
    • Slide your arms through the backpack straps
    • Voilà… you are good to go.

We love this, my husband, dog and I. It’s a huge help everyday. I put the carrier-bag on my back like a backpack in the morning and then my mediumbig girl (over 16 kg) and I go for our two hour-long walks, (she has become so full of energy and life, now that I carry her up the stairs every day). Sometimes she even want me to keep carrying her around in the bag when we are home, she just thinks it’s fun, I understand why, because it’s really cozy and pretty plus she’s up in the height. 😀 This has become one of our favorite things, and it’s such a big help and joy to us all. Again thank you for your lovely, lovely work and the gift! (It’s quite exspensive to buy big things from the US, when you live in Denmark, because of our custum duty, but it was worth every penny. I’d definitely do it again!)
