Sizing details

• • • I can totally customize the size of your carrier and your collar to fit your pet.
    • Directions on how to measure your pet, and the measurements of our standard sizes are in the listings.
    • We also have created the page CarrierSize.Quiltoy.com, where there is a written description, pictures, and the link to a video tape to show the measurements I need to make a carrier to fit your pup. 
    • You can also type in your dog’s measurements there, and it will let you know what size carrier to order.
    • If you would prefer, you can contact me with your pet’s measurements, and I will assist you to order a carrier or collar that will fit your pet perfectly.

Care instructions

• • • Your pet’s carrier is made with 100% cotton material, so it will shrink if washed.
    • The removable bottom can be washed in cold water and dried flat (not in the dryer). Remove the plywood before washing.
    • The carrier should be gone over with a sticky roller (to remove extra fur), and sprayed with an odor remover (Febreze?) as needed.
    • If a full cleaning is necessary, dry clean only.

Custom and personalized orders

• • • I can adjust the length, width, and/or height to fit your pet perfectly.
    • I have over 27 colors of fabric for you to mix and match so the carrier fits your style.
    • I can also add any combination of “Add-Ins” to make the carrier fit your needs too.
    • I am always looking for new customizations I can offer to make taking your best friend with you as easy as possible. If there is something you would like to see, contact me, and I will try to make it happen.

Restocking Fee

• • • There is a restocking fee of $20 for returning a pet carrier.
    • There is a restocking fee of $4 for returning a collar, leash or bracelet.
    • There is a restocking fee of $4 for returning a Quiltoy.
    • If there was a problem with the order (the size is not what was ordered or a problem with the quality), please contact me and we can discuss whether to waive the restocking fee or not.
    • Once I receive the product and see that it is in the same condition as when it left my shop, I will issue your refund, minus the restocking fee listed above.
