ADJUSTABLE STRAP(S) SPECS
If the people who will be using this carrier are of very different heights, adding the ability to adjust both of the straps will make the carrier much more comfortable to use for everyone.
Or –
If the carrier you are ordering is very wide (over 8″), making one of the straps adjustable will help the carrier sit more level when being carried on your shoulder.
- The normal shoulder drop on our carrier shoulder straps is 12″ (that is the distance from the top of the shoulder to the top of the carrier.
- By adding this option, that shoulder drop can be increased or decreased by several inches.
- Made from the same material as the non-adjustable shoulder straps – Cotton Webbing
- Metal slides are used to make the straps adjustable.
THIS IS ONE OF THE ADD-INS WE RECOMMEND FOR LARGE DOGS
Look at the product information pages for our dog carriers and you will see a drop down menu with suggestions for large dogs. They are based on feedback we have gotten from pet parents who have used our large carriers, and what has worked best for them. Ultimately, the customizations you make to your carrier are up to you.
