DUPLEX DOG CARRIER SPECS
- This adorable pet tote is our Duplex Carrier. We make it in 2 sizes.
- X Small – to fit 2 dogs up to 7” tall x 12” long x 3” wide (toy-sized dogs – less than 5 lbs each).
- Small – to fit 2 dogs up to 10″ tall x 15″ long x 4″ wide (small dogs – 5-10 lbs each).
- With 25 colors to mix and match, you are sure to come up with a unique carrier.
- Made from several layers of cotton duck cloth, and sturdy cotton web handles, this carrier is more than strong enough to carry your pups.
- We can put cut-outs on both ends so each dog has their own porthole, or one on one end so they are looking in the same direction.
- If your dogs prefer their own space, there can be a double-thick divider down the middle, or, if they prefer to snuggle, I can leave out the divider.
- 2 outer pockets for carrying leashes, treats, or clean-up bags.
- A D-Ring for attaching any add-ons – treat pouch, waste bag dispenser, or travel bottle holder
- 2 tethers with small clips for securing your pets.
- A wood base, slid into a removable, washable, quilted sleeve, forming a platform that gives your dogs comfort, support, and room to move around.
2 Optional Add-Ins exclusively for this carrier
- ROLL DOWN WINDOW COVER
- You can add these roll-down window covers to close up the sides if it starts to cool down at night, or if your pet wants a bit more privacy.
- A roll of fabric is sewn above the mesh windows
- A strip of hook and loop tape wraps around it to hold it up when your dog needs a cooling breeze
- When the night turns chilly, or when your dog needs a bit of privacy, the covering can be let down
- Strips of hook and loop tape at the bottom hold the cover in place.
- MESH ZIP TOP
- You can add this mesh zipper to your carrier so that you can close the top, but still allow the maximum amount of breeze to cool your pup.
- The zipper is sewn in such a way that, when not in use, it lays flat inside the carrier.
- When it is in use, it does not restrict your dog from sticking their head out the cut-out to look around.
- I sew in a hair guard since we wouldn’t want your pup’s fur to get caught in the zipper.
NOTE
- Because of the mesh inserts, neither the Inside Zip Pocket nor the Outside Zip Pocket are available on this carrier.

THE STEP EASY ORDERING PROCESS
1 - SELECT A CARRIER TO FIT YOUR PETS
You have 2 options for how to determine your dogs’ sizes and which size carrier to order.
Pick whichever one you are more comfortable with.
Of course, you can contact me at any time if you have any problems or questions.

If you would like to use technology to determine the size on your own –
- Go to CARRIERSIZE. MAXSMOMSCREATIONS.COM
- Follow the written descriptions, pictures, and YouTube video for how to measure your dog.
- Enter the larger of your pup’s measurements in the form, and it will let you know what size to order.
- If it comes up with anything other than XS or Small, contact me to see if we can make a custom size for your pups.

If you would like to just measure your dog and have me let you know what size to order –
- Look at the last 2 pictures above.
- Follow the written descriptions and pictures for how to measure your dog.
- You can also click here to go to a YouTube video of me measuring Max. (measuring starts at 8:30)
- Contact me with your larger dog’s measurements and I will let you know which size to order.
- Select the correct size, and enter your dogs’ measurements above.
- Select the correct configuration for your pups –
- Would your pups would do better snuggled up together (no divider), or would a little separation be better (divider)
- the divider is not attached at the bottom, so as your dogs move around, it will move to give them room.
- while it does touch the quilted base, your dogs can get to each other under the divider.
- if you think your dogs will try to get under the base to be together, you may want to get the carrier without the divider.
- Would you like your pups’ cutout(s) to be one on each end or one on one end
- To have one opening on one end, I will take an inch or 2 off the length of the carrier and add an inch or 2 to the width to make room for both dogs to stand side by side.
- Would your pups would do better snuggled up together (no divider), or would a little separation be better (divider)
- Pick the Summer Breeze exclusive Add-Ins you would like –
- Choose if you would like to add the Mesh Zip Top, the Roll Down Window Cover, both, or neither to your carrier.

Pick the fabric colors for the top, bottom, pockets, and inside of your carrier .
Pick the handle and trim colors. I have cream, navy, and black in stock. If you want another color, contact me and I can check with my supplier.

I purchased the duplex carrier approximately two months ago. Nikki helped me with the color combination and I customized it with optional add-ons including the divider, the zippered top, and shoulder strap. This bag is AMAZING. It's not only attractive; the fabrics are top quality and durable. It works so well with either one or both dogs. You will not find any mass-produced product that rivals the craftsmanship of this handmade bag. I could not be happier with it.
